Hi. I'm a 24 year old guy. About 4-5 weeks ago I noticed a small hard lump around my testicular region. It isn't attached to the testicle itself, more so the scrotal sac as far as I can tell. I don't know ANYTHING about TC whatsoever, but it's something that has really begun to worry me. I was convinced it was just a cyst, but it's still there and seems to have got a tiny bit bigger.

I've noticed a tightness in the testicle recently, but have no idea whether it's just my mind playing tricks or not.

    Any ideas???? Much appreciated.

    Pete:
Take a deep breath you're going to be fine, your problem isn't cancer. If it isn't actually part of the testicle it can't be tc. Get it checked but it's probably a cyst and should still be treated.

Thanks for the reply. I'm booked into the docs for tomorrow, but your words have set my mind at ease somewhat.
