I have a greenish lump in my right testicle. When I push my testicle against my scrotum it appears green in color. IS this a sign of TC? Or is is a lump of blood?

If the lump you feel is actually in the testicle, I don't know how you would know what color it is.

This will tell you how to do a good self-exam: http://tcrc.acor.org/tcexam.html

If the green lump is on the scrotum, it's not testicular cancer. But there shouldn't be anything green there, so it's probably worth a visit to a doctor.

Does anyone know what it could be?

        hit308:
There is no part of the body that should be green. I would get to a urologist and have it checked and I would do it soon.
