  • Question

Recently, I was kicked in the crotch very hard. A few days after that, I found a little redness that looked like blood in my sperm.

The reason I am concerned is that I didn't find any blood in my urine. Is this a symptom of TC, or a kick to the groin?
    Thanks,
    Adam

This dosen't sound like testicular cancer but rather some kind of internal bleeding or damage due to the kick.

You need to get this checked out by a urologist (or doctor), blood in seman isn't something that should be ignored.

Where about were you kicked? Did it catch one or both testicles and did you notice any swelling afterwards or anything abnormal? It's possible it could have effected your prostate which sit's behind your scrotum.

In general these kind of thing's are repairable but it's possible your testicle got ruptured or a blood vessel was burst. Internal bleeding of the testicle is also possible but unlikely unless it was with HUGE force.
