Sex won't cause tc even if you're alone. If you have one testicle that is pea sized you should get it checked by a doctor because that is certainly not normal but a size differance doesn't mean that you have cancer. I can understand that talking to your parents about something so private can be difficult but as parents they are there to help. Just let them know you have pain in your private area and would like to have it checked.
