hi im 14 a a few months ago i noticed a lump on my right testicle im planning on telling my parents so that i can go see a doctor what are the chances that i have cancer and what are the chances it can be treated without removal of my testicle ? if i have it

The first step is to get that appointment scheduled.

If it is cancer, removing the testicle will be necessary. However, the chances that it is something other than cancer are extremely good.
