Please help.

I have no lumps or any swelling of the testicle, but sometimes when ever I squeeze it slightly near what I think is called the Spermatic Cord, there can be a sharp pain in the area I am squeezing, the pain also shoots up the cord as well. Sometimes there is no pain in the testicle at all, and there is just a pain that shoots upwards the Spermatic Cord whenever I sit down or make any sort of a crotch adjustment. I will be going to a doctor over this asap, but any ideas would be nice.
