My first guess would be that it's a spermatocele, but you're right -- the thing to do is have it diagnosed by a doctor.

Exactly car guy , I would suggest that you make an appointment and see a DR as soon as possible .
You can also examine yourself properly -> Self Test if your posting here you must be concerned about it ,so i would say to make an appointment .see the DR. and set yourself at ease knowing what it is ,

k well.. i heard about this testicular cancer a long time ago and iv always thought about it because i have a lump on my right testy the size of a small grape, but iv never done anything about it. im almost 20 and the bump has been there has long as i can remember, atleast since i was 12-13ish... its never grown or changed... doesnt hurt at all when i touch it. If i lighty squeeze it it slighty hurts... sometimes, very rarely i get a short quick pain, for about 1 sec or 2, then it goes away, which seems like its coming from inside that bump. From what i know, theres nothing in my family.. but iv never talked about it sooo yea.. im assuming you guys will tell me to see a doctor.. but i just want get your thoughts...
