Hi there. First off, i am 19 years old. I was born with a condition where my testicles did not drop properly, and i had surgery as a baby to fix this. Later on in life i read that i am at a higher risk for testicular cancer. It never really mattered much to me until i was 13. I think i was 13 maybe 14, but anyways i felt a lump in my testicle. I have been living with this for 4-5 years now, and i cant let this go on.
What i feel is kind of hard to describe. There is a little tube connected to my left testicle, and at the end of it is a lump. It is soft, about the size of a pea. It doesn't hurt when i touch it, and I never really had any pain. Sometimes i feel that "dull pain" that many people have written on here, but maybe thats because thats the only way i know how to describe it.
The other thing is that when i was younger and this is really embarassing, i was using a scissor to cut some excess hair and ended kind of pinching part of my skin. Ever since then there has been a little like half ball like a pimple on my scrotum, and i think its connected to the lump, which is connected to my testicle.
wow, i know thats alot, and i know youre not doctors but any help would really be huge. thanks

Chance of this being tc are very slim but I would still visit a doctor. Often an undecended testicle, that has been brought down, is not normal in shape size or feel which may make it difficult to locate a meaningful abnormality. It's best to give yourself a very good self exam as described here and then have the results verified by a doctor. That should give you a solid baseline to know what is normal for you.
