Unsure about symptoms

Hey, I dont think this will be a long explination but anyway, I'm 19 and for as long as I can remember I have had this problem (or query) that I have tried to find information on and havnt found anything. What I have is what seems a swelling of the tubes in the scrotum, it also seems to get so the tubes are longer or smaller depending on the day. Its only in the left sack though (all though i think I remember it being in the right one aswell slightly) which is why its been bothering me. It doesnt really ache but I it has done a few times and there arnt any hard lumps it just seems like pipes.
I'm not sure if it is or isnt TC so any help would be appreciated.

It doesn't sound at all like testicular cancer from the description. Maybe a varicocele? Do you have a routine physical coming up soon?
