Hi im16 and have got quite a few small yellow like spots on my penis they squeeze out like yellow cream not sure what it is also at the bottom of my penis i have a lump which is red any advice

This isn't going to be testicular cancer but you should get it checked by a urologist. The small yellow spots may be infected hair folicles. A simple visit to the doc and everything will be fine.

You have it right. Yes the doc will want a look and probably just give you some antibiotics.

Your family doctor can help you with this one.

Just say you have a discoloured lump down there or whatever your most comfortable with.

not to discourage you from getting checked, but to ease your mind, its actually normal to have spots, can't say much about the red lump though apart from unless its on the testicles, its not likely to be tc

Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do. It will be fine and you're going to be ok.
