i had this lump form 2 years ago. and its a round hard ball about pea sized on the left testicle. i think the accual lump itsself is white but it appears brownish white because its under my skin. but this lump is very noticeable. the lump itself i think is only attached to my skin. when i feel it i can pull my skin and hold the whole ball in my finger so i think its only on my skin but please help tell me what it is is there any chance is testicle cancer cause i been very worried. and also ive been having what u call pre ejaculation even when i dont have a boner it just collects fluids under my forskin anyways please gimme explaination if u know id appreciate it thanks alot

peeps123,
Free floating lumps in the scrotum that are not attached in any way to a testicle are not testicular cancer.
As it seems to be worrying you, I would recommend scheduling an appointment with your doctor. This way you can find out what may be the cause of the problems you're experiencing.Left I/O - 7/1/05

Check out the following link. It has a lot of helpful, and hopefully reassuring, information.
We all wish we could receive definitive answers over the Internet. But, as the link states, "Remember, only a physician can make a positive diagnosis. For that matter, only a physician can make a negative diagnosis too. If you think something feels strange, go see the doctor!"

If it's in the skin of the scrotum, not on the testicle, it's not testicular cancer.Scott
right inguinal orchiectomy 6/5/2003 > nonseminoma, stage I > surveillance > L-RPLND 6/24/2005 for recurrence, suspected teratoma but found seminoma, stage II > chylous ascites until 9/2005 > surveillance and "all clear" since
