If it's in the skin of the scrotum, not on the testicle, it's not testicular cancer.

ty but can i know this lump is not attached to my testicle inparticular. its attached to my testicle skin but not the actual testicle inside the skin. can i know if this is testicle cancer?

hanks alot how sure are u this is not testicle cancer 100%? but thanks for ur reply im happier already =) and the testicle is that little oval thing inside my skin right? cause the bump is not attached to it its on my skin and a little bit under the skin i can strech my skin and have the whole white lump ball in my hand.

Free floating lumps in the scrotum that are not attached in any way to a testicle are not testicular cancer.

As it seems to be worrying you, I would recommend scheduling an appointment with your doctor. This way you can find out what may be the cause of the problems you're experiencing.

i had this lump form 2 years ago. and its a round hard ball about pea sized on the left testicle. i think the accual lump itsself is white but it appears brownish white because its under my skin. but this lump is very noticeable. the lump itself i think is only attached to my skin. when i feel it i can pull my skin and hold the whole ball in my finger so i think its only on my skin but please help tell me what it is is there any chance is testicle cancer cause i been very worried. and also ive been having what u call pre ejaculation even when i dont have a boner it just collects fluids under my forskin anyways please gimme explaination if u know id appreciate it thanks alot
