lump

hi ive just found a small lump on the right side on my ball sack. its quite red and is a lil sore when i touch it. what is it? any ideas?

Is it just on the outside of your sack? Perhaps it could be a pimple or ingrown hair on the scrotal skin? If it is attached directly to your testicle, it could be something else, however.
