Guys I have another question. I noticed the vein that connects to the testical on my left is soar. I don't know if it's cause I have been self examining it so much but is this ok after feeling it for a while.

I am not really worried about the lump feel on each side because they are symmetrical. What I am more worried about is the mushy vein feeling left testical. It's not on top or anything, it's actually the bottom part of the testical. The mushy vein feeling enlarged as I touched it more and more to examine it. When I am taking a shower and is warm, I can totally feel mushy and wormy things that is a part of the left testical. What is this.

It sound's like a varicocele. This can cause a fluctuation in testicular density. A varicocele is an enlargement of the veins above the testicle. This causes the veins in the testicle itself to become enlarged or at times have blood flow issues. This can in turn effect sperm and hormonal production but in general this is rare.

Get it checked by a doctor to be sure.

i dunno but i have same thing i thinik its normal? because sometimes my testicles are hard sometimes they are soft and mushy as well no idea someone want to reply to this?

Yea, I think the lump on each at the top is the heads of the testical. What I am more concerned of is my mushy left testical. The bottom part of it is very mushy and and it's attached to it. So when I movie it around, it follows. Also, I think that mushy part causes the testical to hang lower than my right one. Could anyone give some opinions on what's going on.

I feel the exact same thing. The only problem i have when self examining is trying to determine what are veins and what could be possible lumps. But i deffinatly have two small lumps at the top of both testicles.

It's normal i think, though i'm not an expert

Bob, with the caveat that you should ask your doctor if you're not sure whether everything is normal, I suspect you're feeling the head and tail of the epididymis.

Hi, I wanted to ask a couple questions here.

1. Is it normal to have a small lump on each testical near the top? Could they be the head of it and I'm just feeling it as a lump. They are the same on both sides. Same place and same size.

2. On my left testical, the bottom part has liquid mass attached to the testical. I can actually move it to the top and then it feels like fat veins. Are these just cysts and not harmful? I don't have nearly as much on the right side. Because of this my left testical seems to be hanging lower.
