I'll be very glad if you help me about this situation. There is a tingling sensation on both of my testicles for a month. I didn't have any sexual contact with anyone before, so I guess it's not an STD. I feel this tingling time to time and especially when I'm in a sitting or lying position. There aren't any symptoms like aching, itching or any problem while urinating or ejaculating.
Do you think is it something like allergy or maybe psychological reasons? Can it be considered as a sign of testicular cancer?
