  • my scenerio, not cancer related?

I dont have any lumps attached to my testical, im not sure if thats how it usually is. What I have is kind of a chunky "matter" that sort of sits behind my testical, some days if it shifts it will be in front, it can look kind of like an inflamed tube at times. I usually just sort of shift em around so that it hids behind them again. Im worried and I will get to a doctor regardless but does is the cancer usually detected as a lump ON the testical or can your testical be completely intact and it be infecting something else in there?

Sorry im trying to educate my self on the different things it may be, but any advice or experiances are appriciated.

I don't think you need to worry about cancer but you should go see a doctor. It doesn't seem urgent but the normal tubing that is around the testicle shouldn't be movable that way. Just get that checked, it may be nothing but it's worth a look.
