Any help

Recently, over the last week, i have been having sharp stabbing pains in my stomach, or lower abdomen. I also have been having aching pain in my left testicle, causing serious uncomfort. It hurts when i touch in on either end, and i am very worried.
Any suggestions, could this be testicular cancer. Realy worried.

It's definitely sounds like something to call the doctor about, although there are other possibilities much more likely and less serious than testicular cancer.
