    How big is the lump now? It's definitely a good idea to have your doctor or a urologist check it out.

      It sure doesn't sound like testicular cancer from that description.

        In your first post you mentioned a hard lump. If you have one of those you keed to get it checked. Don't let a problem with the tubing distract you from a lump on the testicle. Do a good self exam as described here and if you find a lump go to the doctor.
