The last couple times I have ejaculated this week, I noticed blood. Is this a symptom of testicular cancer or could it be simply a prostate infection? No pain is present or unusual swelling, so far.

I wouldn't be worried about testicular cancer but you really need to get that checked. You should never be passing blood like that.
