A swollen epididymus is quite common and it won't turn into cancer. It can cause other problems. The main one being that it can restricts the flow of blood to the testicle causing a decrease if fertility.

    Ultrasound question

I just got back from my Ultrasound . They said i have no detected masses but they said my epididymus was either swollen or enlarged and to follow up with a Urologist. Is this something that can become cancer or have been misread ? Thanks
