If the lump is on top of both testicles your probably feeling the epididymis. . Do a self exam as described here and if you still think you have a problem call a urologist and get checked.

hi i have a groth type thing on the top of my left testical an 1 on the top of my right . could this be some thing serios or not i some times get a slight hurting feelin in my left side not a bad pain just very slight cheers gavin ...
