Found a lump in a weird situation

im only 13 and i found a lump on my left testicle ,you can not feel it if my testicle is just sitting theyre.you have to twist it around kinda like a 180 degrees sideways.i have a varocele or whatever and the lump is only theyre when i twist my testicle that way.i dont know if this is part of the varocele or (sorry dont know how to spell that thing that has a lot of worm feeling.and i dont know if its part of it.or my testicle.please help please

Are you sure you aren't feeling the epididymis, a normal part of the testicle?

If you don't think this lump is normal, you'll need to talk to an adult about it and have your doctor check it out. That said, the odds that you have testicular cancer are very, very low.

and also i would like to ask under my penis theyre is a brown line underneath is it normal

Well, I can't be sure, but I suspect what you're seeing is normal anatomy, as described in Wikipedia.
