Lumps and Bumps

I think your right, you have a swollen epididymis. It certainly isn't testicluar cancer, for that you would need a lump or bump that feels like it part of the testicle itself.

OK so this morning I've noticed some bumps in my testicular area... Now It's not directly on the testicle, but it feels like the strings that attach to the testicle. They're very swollen... I am sick right now and feel like I have a cold... could this just be a swollen epididymis because of my cold?
