    I was wondering actually, what a cancerous lump ACTUALLY feels like.

    I know all lumps need to be checked out.

    Mine is big maybe the size of a peanut, and it feel relatively soft.

    From that description, I'd guess you have epididymitis or a spermatocele, but only your doctor can tell you for sure.

      Get it checked to be sure but a cancer lump would tend to be hard and feel as if it were part of the testicle.
