    Hello,

I am currently 17 years old and a few weeks ago i noticed i had a small bump on my left testicle, near the epididymis. Since then i have started to get pains in my left testicle on and off, nothing too serious though. i also noticed that my right testicle is bigger than my left one. i havent told anyone about it yet but i'm am greatly considering setting and appointment up with a doctor. Is there a good chance this is TC? nobody in my family (that i know of) has had TC before.

It could be testicular cancer, though it's more likely to be something less serious. You do need to have it checked out, though. If it is cancer, the sooner you have it treated, the less treatment you're likely to need. If it isn't cancer, the sooner you know that, the sooner you can stop worrying.

You'll find some other possibilities at this link. (Do you have an appointment scheduled yet?)

The sooner you get checked out the sooner you can stop worrying. I just found a lump this past week on my right nut(It is pretty much inbetween my epididymus and nut, but on the nut.) Went to my doctor got bloodwork done, then went to the urologist. Urologist said it was with 98% certainty just a cyst...but he told me to go get an ultrasound so I would stop playing with my balls so much (causing the light soreness after I found the lump) . Tomorrow I go to get an ultrasound for conclusive results. Either way the sooner you know the better. Good luck dude!
