hey im a new member with lots of concerns
im 20 years old and i live in Lebanon

yesterday while i was browsing the internet i found out that testis lumps are the most common symptom of testis cancer and that got me really worried

about 2 years ago i noticed 4 small sized "headless" gray pimples on my scrotum but 3 of them dissapeared after a while but the 4th one is still there but its much smaller now. the pimples were PAINLESS, and thats another symptom of the cancer.

i know that the lumps should be on the testis itself but i read on a site that testis lumps might drain out through the scrotum so i got worried again, and i donno how a lump should look like ( language thing ) so i got really confused

i know that i have to see a doctor but i cant do that untill next week and im really worried and i cant wait this long. so im asking if the symptoms i mentioned above ( pimples on the scrotum ) have anything to do with testis cancer

    regards

If the lumps are on your scrotum they are not from testicular cancer. They are most likely infected hair roots. The sign you are looking for with testicular cancer is a hard lump firmly on or bulging from the testicle itself. Testicular infections will not draing through the skin.

An enlarged testicle can certainly mean cancer but a cyst will not give you cancer or turn into cancer. A cyst will be a soft lump while a tumor will be very firm and unmovable.

It's worth having checked out. My first symptom was a larger testicle.

For a lot of guys the tumor is inside the testicle and the first thing they notice is a heaviness and swelling. You should get this checked by a urologist and don't wait.

i think ill follow up with a uroligist, but you think the ER ultra scan would have picked it up? they said it was a cyst.
