HELP, Im unsure if I have testicular cancer

Im 14 years old, and i noticed about 3 months ago that i have a lump just above my left testicle in my ball sack, it doesnt hurt at all, it doesnt seem to be attached to my testicle, but my other testicle seems to be slightly bigger. Its as if a part of my testicle has broken off or something.
The lump has slightly increased in size over the weeks, and it feels slightly fluid-like, but feels as if veins are in it, as it feels like lines when i rub my finger over it. There is nothing at all on my right testicle or sack and just wondered what you thought as its really worrying me.

Thinking of making an appoinment soon, but I havent told my parents, as its a touchy subject.

Get it checked but it sounds like you have a cyst. It's not a big deal but you really have to make sure that that's what it is.

Thanks for reply, I think it may be of because I play ALOT of football, and have been hit in the balls numerous times.

Could you explain to me how cysts occur? and how they are treated.

Oh and also could it be anything to do with me wearing boxer shorts 24/7 even to sleep? or masturbation?
