  • Mushiness

I always check myself regularly and was very concerned last night to find that my left testicle has lost its shape. I can't feel any lumps but the bottom half of my testicle has lost all firmness and turned to mush, as if it's been crushed, but it doesn't hurt. I realise this is an unusual symptom. I am going to the doctor on Monday, but would appreciate any opinions in the meantime as to how concerned I should be.

It's great to hear that you've already lined up a visit to the doctor. Your symptoms may indicate an endocrine disorder or testicular atrophy and need to be checked out. (I'll be surprised if it turns out to be cancer.)
