Softish lumpy texture???

Hi, i am unsure if i have tc or not but something is not right in me scrotom, i have a build up of solid (its is a squashy type of solid) above and abit to the side of my left testical i am unsure if this is normal or not as i have a similar thing going on in my right testical but much, much less of it, its painless to the touch and seems to me attached to my testical as does the smaller amount of it in my right testical.

I am unsure if it is tc but i am still getting it checked out anyway as there is somthing deffinetly wrong.
