everythings fine

I am relieved to announce that the lump is my epiditimus, which is a small lump behind each testes, I didnt know there where two of these and aparently they can become more define in cold weather and can be easily knocked or rubbed causing them to inflame.

The doctor took his time with the examination and I am fully convinced by his results and clear definition, whew!!!

I've been "all clear" in all recent checks. My next surveillance appointment is in June.

I have always found the examination quite embarrassing...

I remember feeling that way. When you get examined frequently by a parade of medical professionals, it becomes just part of the routine.

I think sometimes its just great to share these things and I hope your right :-) I have always found the examination quite embarrasing and having lumps etc before, have been through this bout 5 times - lucky me! and panicked like a crazy man each time.

I will share my experience tommorrow - I imagine as its a lump il probably have to have a scan, which i am hoping will also give me peace of mind when i get the results.

p.s also read your profile and I hope / am glad you are ok, stage 2 sounds scary. are you clear of it now? I am also in IT, web developer based in the UK.

Tony, from your description, I don't suspect you have testicular cancer, but I'm glad you're seeing your doctor. Best of luck to you, and let us know what you find out.

pes sized lump on left teste and right teste seems to have detoriated - i have had epiditimus a few times but this feels different - pain seems to be coming from my anus and around area. I sometimes get sharpe pains. I cant sleep for worry that its cancer? I have an appointment tommorrow but v worried.

I also came across this website and shed a tear as i know know how other scared men feel, and im thinking of you all.
