Scared and clueless

I have had these on and off pains in my right testicle for about a week, but now that a week has past, and now both testicles feel bruised as if i had an injury, and it came on today. At first i thought i felt a lump, and thought i had tc, but then i did some research and found out it was the epidydimas (sp?). It gets worse and then better, but i have no idea what it could be, i checked a few times, but no lumps. Any one got any ideas, or information? id really apreciate it.
