What you're feeling could certainly be the epididymis. Check the picture at this link, and notice the advice, "Find the epididymis, the soft, tubelike structure behind the testicle that collects and carries sperm. If you are familiar with this structure, you won't mistake it for a suspicious lump."

When i bathe and my balls are fully extended, i can feel what i would describe as 'bumps' at the base of my balls (by the base, i mean what would be the lowest point if i stood up).

when i went to the doctors, my balls were a little shrivelled, so even i couldn;t find the bumps, and he said it might be veins which dilate when my balls are hot.

i'm encouraged that i can find two - symmetry is always reassuring right? - but could anyone tell me if the epidydimus feels like two ball bearings in that spot i described? i've also got a belly ache - which could be anxiety, but i still would like some fellow guys' opinions.
