um i dont think it is, they feel a bit more infront of them, this is firm tho and quite hard...

I still suspect that you're feeling the head of the epididymis. If you're not sure, you'll want to ask your doctor.

Yeah there like in the exact same position on each testical and like the left is just a bit bigger, its on the top for both. There is no discomfort, the thing is i went through the self exam and i feel completely fine like i have any other day.

Just not sure what it is. And apparently TC Lumps dont hurt when there squeezed?

Its actualy ontop of the testical, like im sure its on top because i can kinda move it around but its stuck to the testical...

Check out these self-examination instructions. If you're feeling the same thing on both testicles, I think it's likely you're feeling the epididymis, a normal part of the testicle.

oh and the one on right doesnt hurt wen i squeeze it and isnt as big, and the left one doesnt hurt unless i squeeze it abit, but it can be moved around but not like around the sack, so it isnt confirmed into a single spot..

I ntoiced the other day that i developed a sort of lump on my testicals, on both and similar in size and position!

There about 0.3-5 cm long and fairly hard, there painless unless i squish them! Im really concerned and really dont want tc, they havent really grown in the last few days, pls let me no..
