It doesn't sound like TC. TC doesn't affect the skin or create "itchy freckles". But if is has appeared recently or changed, it could be something serious and you should get it checked.

If you are sexually active, you might have an STD and it's probably worth asking a doctor anyway. Most of these things are treatable and it's not worth risking your equipment at 15.

Go to the doc, get the spots checked out mention the torsion (twisting) and coldness you are feeling now - he may want to check that your bloodflow and stuff is ok.
