Ive had a small hard lump under my right testicle, Ive had it for a while and I have no symptoms or swelling (enlargement) of any kind. Cancer?

If you have a hard painless lump you should definately get it checked out by a doc.

It could be one of a few things - so I'm not going to speculate (i'm not even vaguely doctor like) - only an ultrasound can confirm what it is for sure.

Don't worry too much about it until you get it checked out - but don't ignore it because if it is TC, you save yourself a lot of treatment by getting in early.
