Some have pain, others do not...some have a lump, other have felt a general hardness in the testicle. The most compelling reason to get checked out...is that you are here. You came here with some concerns so I would go ahead and get looked at by a doctor. 15 min later, you will be done and just think of the weight it will take off your mind. I am sure you will be fine and please come back and let us know.

It could be a number of things. My husband never felt a lump, only discomfort. Why worry another day about it? Go get it checked and please post back with the findings.Leave a comment:

I can't speak to the lump on the testicle (never had a tumor on mine)...but if there is enough discomfort there to make you wonderif it is TC or not...you should get it checked out for peace of mind.

Hey, I doubt I have cancer but I figure I'd ask here just in case. For around 2 or 3 days now I've been feeling some very mild discomfort coming from my testicles and when I examined I felt a possible lump on the lower back side of my left testicle but the more I feel for it the more I think it may just be the epididymis (sp?) The discomfort is really very mild and I wouldn't call it pain. The discomfort also strangely jumps from one testicle to the other or so it feels like. Is this possibly early signs of cancer or other infections? I figure I'd wait it out a few more days maybe as the discomfort never really gets any worse. (To kind of describe the discomfort it feels like they're being hugged when they're not.) Thanks for any response.
