Painful lump near top of testicle

It's more likely epididymitis, but you should see a doctor to have it diagnosed.

This morning I wake up and I put my pants on I felt pain when I touched my right testicle I check it out and I found a small lump on the outside top part of my right testicle close were the epididymis connects to the testicle I practically do not fell nothing until I touch it is painful I took my temp is currently 100 F I’m normally 97. I’m 32 years old Latino can it be cancer? I’m really worried.
