Dull Pain

Hi, I am 18 years old, white. I have a dull pain in my right testicle, this appeared around 4 days ago. I have checked for lumps but cant find the one, which around the top, but is on both, so take it that this is correct.

Could this be testicular cancer?

You won't know for sure until you get it checked by a doc. Best advice is to make an appointment and see someone asap.
