Do I have cysts or TC?

On the underside of my penis, where it begins to enter my body, there are two B-B sized chunks about 1/2 inch apart. The first one developed about two years ago and a second one has developed since. They have now stopped growing. There is no pain when I touch or pinch them but they are as hard as a rock. Can anyone tell me what they are.

I sure couldn't tell you. I have never heard anyone describe exactly what you're describing (which may suggest it doesn't have anything to do with TC), but what it is I have no idea.
