small lump on left testicle, 16 yr

hi, im resently noticed a small lump on my left testicle, im form Australia and am 16 years old. it is not painfull when it touch, can i please have some advice to what this is..

Try to give us a better description of the lump size, what it feels like, where it is located, etc......that way we can give you a bit better advice. Ultimately, though, you need to get checked by your doctor if you notice any type of growth/change/hardening/lump on either of your testicles.

Since you took the time to register onto this site, that tells me you are concerned. So go to your doctor to find out what is going on, and I'm sure you will feel better. It could likely be an infection or a vein- or something else that is only temporary, only a doctor can tell for sure.
