As most people have mentioned here, try not to jump to any conclusions or instantly start thinking about cancer. As said testicular cancer is NOT a very common cancer, and so for any lump or changes you feel the chances are stacked more towards the likely hood it's something else so try and focus on that.
Also remember you are at the age where you are likely to be going through puberty now, this involves a lot of changes to your body including changes in size and shape of your testicles.
You should inform your parents that you are concerned and you can go with them to see a doctor so they can put your mind at rest.

Hey buddy,
We can give you advice, but we can't give you the type of "yes" and "no" answers you are looking for. I highly doubt you have testicular cancer, but I do recommend that you tell one of your parents just to be sure that everything is ok. It will make you feel much better when you don't have to worry any more
Bobby

It's impossible to tell from just that description and over the Internet whether there's any reason for concern. You may just be feeling the epididymis, a normal part of the testicle, and a slight size difference isn't unusual. It's very unlikely that you have cancer.
The first step is to tell a parent.
