Hi i am 15 years old and i am worried sick about a lump on my left testicle. I have never had a physical and i have had this lump for about a year, or at least thats when i discovered it. it is about as big as a peanut and at the top of my left testicle but it can move around a little, almost as if its connected by a chord. It causes me no pain unless i squeeze it and it is very soft. please help!!

This maybe just a cyst/spermatocele on top of your epididymis. Cysts are noncancerous and are usually left alone unless they cause discomfort.
You want to have it checked out by a doctor to make sure though. -
ok thank you...i thought that this was what it was but i appreciate the response and i will get it checked out anyways
