Any lump on the testicle should be seen by a doctor, but no, not all of them are cancerous.

Testicular cancer will spread to the lymph nodes in the abdomen, to the lungs, and to other parts of the body, but it typically doesn't spread to the other testicle. However, some men do have cancer in both testicles.

    good lump?

is there any types of lumps that appear on the testes that aren't tc(infections, noncancerous cysts, ect)?

also, what are the chances of tc spreading to both testes if you don't seek immediate treatment?

    thank you
