    Hey man,

I'm not a doctor, but it sounds to me like you are describing a condition known as varicelle of the testicle..........basically it is varicose veins of the testicle. I had it myself, and i would describe it as a bunch of worms connected to the testicle. It happens in about 1 out of every 5 men, and is usually not a cause of concern. It is usually found on the left testicle, due to blood flow reasons, which makes me even more confident in my guess. Regardless, you still need to go to your doctor so you can be absolutely sure it is a harmless condition. It is good you already took the initiative to get checked out.......let us know how the appointment goes!

I believe what you have is a varicocele. Take a look here . It still needs to be checked by a doctor but I'm betting you're going to be fine.
