Alright i'll make this brief for you guys.

I have had this lump that seems like it's right next to my epydidimus. It's not actually attached to the testicle and is a little bit smaller than a pea. I occassionally get an ache in my testicles but that may well just because i sit in awkward ways and occasionally sort of 'sit' on them.

Other than that, those were the only symptoms i can think of. Pea-size lump next to epydidimus, not on testicle, occasional ache (not necessarily because of lump, not even near lump).

Both testes are same size, no lumps on them at all.

I have seen a doctor about this and she said there was probably nothing to worry about

I have yet to see a urologist as been a little strapped for time.

Just thought i'd seek the opinion of those more experienced and knowledgeable than I.

    Thankyou for your time

It's likely a cyst and may not need any treatment. Do keep watch on it.
