Alright about two to three weeks ago I started to get red, itchy pimple type things around and on my scrotum... I figured it was just a rash or something and it would go away if I put on some cream or whatever on it so I just took my time and did that... The pimple like things on my legs started to go away so I was like ok cool no big deal (they still are on my scrotum - but the size of them has gone down) - then one day when I was putting on the cream I noticed a small lump on my testicles - it is not big, and initially it was a small bump about the size of the tip of a pen (the small part at the end, about that long, where the ink comes out) - it was sort of hard and it had not been there before to my knowledge. I do not know if it has grown since (this was on Saturday the 8th - I do not know because I really cant trust my mind right now - I'm so paranoid and have a lot of other things going on in my life). I have a very physical job and lifestyle so sometimes recently my back has been hurting but mostly I see that soreness coming from work and playing sports (at work I lift 30-100+ LBS pound boxes nonstop for 3-4 hours)...

I'm getting an ultrasound tomorrow - I went to see my family doctor and he told me in all likelihood it is nothing serious and for a person at my age (20 years old) I had nothing to worry about - but that I should still get it checked out. What I am wondering is if anyone here has had these types of symptoms that I listed above and will list again here so you don't have to re-read: red, itchy, pimply mosquito bite like things on my scrotum & legs - very small lump on right testicle appears afterward. I am very concerned as any normal guy would be.

Another question I have is how fast can testicular cancer spread to other regions of my body after noticing the first symptoms and how far does the probability of survival go down as time goes by... Thanks.

P.S. I do have a dull pain in the testicles as well but I don't know sometimes I think my mind is playing tricks on me. Its as if the right side of my groin feels tighter or something.
