    hi, im 17 and should be asleep right now, but as a 7teen year old does, i was just feeling my testicles and noticed that there is a very small, not lump- but like an indent sticking out of my testicle, and it is hard, and im pretty sure its attactched, im sorry that i cant be brave about this but im rly scared and i dont wana die of cancer...plz say wot u guys think of the chances it could be something serious, cause im rly scared..

    eermm jus some stuff i forgot to say, it is on my left testicle and is rly small, my testicles are pretty much the same size and i havent noticed any pain in my scrotem or anything, i just found this thing by accident and im rly rly scared..

      You're really unlikely to die, even if you should have testicular cancer. First things first: you should talk to a parent about it and have a doctor check it out. Check out this thread and this newer thread for some more advice. Keep us posted.

            yes i did, and i have a slight intent lump on the side of my left testicle, howerevr where i says 'other signs of TC' i dnt think i have any of those signs, all i no is ive found this little lump on the side of my testicle, i am worried thou because it says its more likly to be TC, if its on the side of the testicle..

              better safe than sorry

              its a good sign that you realized there was a problem and looked online, that means your observant and hopefully caught whatever this is early. You need to try to see a Urologist as soon as you can to be absolutely sure.

              The fact is that Testicular Cancer is rare, something like 5000 men a year are diagnosed, but if caught early Testicular cancer is one of the most easily treatable.

              The reason you see a Urologist specifically is because Testicular cancer is so rare that many Doctors have never seen it! Or have only seen one or two cases. You want to be absolutely sure! Urologists tend to preform the surgery necessary for removal and therefore are most familiar with the feeling and look of a tumor on an ultrasound.

              Talk to your parents! Make an appointment! Good luck!
