lump on my ball sack is it cancer

There is a pee sized lump on my ball sack not on the actuall testical and im wondering if that is testitcular cancer or not. in not sure if it has to be on the testical its been there for about a week any help please there is no pain with it

Ive heard a million time "if the lump is not attached to the testicle itself in any way then it is NOT TC!"
