When doing ultras sound scan

Well im just wondering because ill most likely to have one done, doctors appoitment in 3 hours!! do you take your cloths off to do it or does it go thru ur cloths??

Ultrasound

The procedure is a little awkward, but done professionally. You will have to pull your pants down so they can apply the instrument and gel to the area being scanned. Just stay calm and relax. It is not painful in anyway, but it is awkward and can be a little embarrassing if you let it. It won't last long, but you have to get through it.
