The best thing you can do is go see a doctor about it mate, nobody will be able to tell you for sure what you do have on this forum, they can only give you there experience, I have what sounds like what you have and went to my doc yesterday (scary times) But he gave me his word I don't have cancer.

So you want to get rid of the worries? go see your doc.

I have been worried about some of the symtoms that I have. I was wondering if any of these symtoms are related to TC. I have what seems to be a lump on my right testicle and it is swollen. I also have dull pain in my abdomen area.
